We are looking for customer service agents to work for an exciting project in the travel industry, for a company located near the Sagrada Familia.
Your role:
- Answering telephone enquiries from travelers and hosts
- Logging and follow up of Customer Information
- Delivering high caliber Customer Service
Se requiere:
- German native (C1-C2). Along with a high level of English.
- Have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
- Have good keyboard data entry skills and computer literacy
- Be a team player
Se ofrece:
- Full-time contract (39 hours/week)/ stable position
- Working Hourse - Mostly weekdays between 9am and 10pm, but we might occasionally ask for working weekends (no more than twice a month)
