Important company related to the tourism sector located in Barcelona City searches for a Dutch native speaker with french or Spanish as a second language to work as Customer Service Agent.
Your main resposibilities will be to manage inbound calls in Dutch, French or Spanish from customers in order to answer enquiries or book reservations.
Full time job. Rotating Shift from monday to Friday + 1 weekend per month. (shifts from 8am-17pm, 10am to 19pm, 13pm to 22pm)
Salary: 15.800¿ gross/year fix + 20% monthly bonus
Se requiere:
- Dutch native (C1-C2). Along with a high level of French or Spanish.
- Previous experience in Customer service, tourism or contact centre.
- Degree in Tourism or similar is an advantage.
