CCA International is currently recruiting phone agents with a native level of German for a Customer Service in the tourism industry.
Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in all their queries, and provide information about other related services.
Your functions will also include written communication (chat, mail...), and product-related sales.We offer:

- schedule from Monday to Sunday from 9h to 21h (25 to 35 hours per week)

- German Native
- high level of Spanish or French
- good communication and commercial skills
- previous experience as a phone agent
