Portuguese Payroll Specialist Our client is an American Multinational corporation specialized in outsourcing of payroll services worldwide. As a Portuguese Payroll Specialist you will be involved in Iberia Payroll department and will report to a department's manager.
Your responsabilities will be:
- Managing full life scycle of Payroll processes for Portuguese clients (Preparation and executing)
- Aplication of different laws, calculations, social security issues, tax payment
- Consult Portuguese clients in terms of agreements, compensations, benefets, etc.
- Support the team that is responsible for the administrative payroll management proceedures.
Requirements:
-Native/advanced level of Portuguese
-Preferably advanced level of English
-University studies in HR, Labour Relations, Labour Law o similar
-High level of knowledge of Portuguese payroll issues
-Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position (preferably Portuguese payroll management)
